All Star Manager/Coach Selection Process

Manager - Any candidates wanting to be a considered as an All Star manager must complete the following:

  • By 2024 Friday, April 26: Apply for manager position by submitting an 2024 All-Star Manager App
  • 2024 TBD: Applicants will be interviewed by the Board All-Star Coach Selection/Evaluation Committee.

Candidates must be a Manager or Coach from the respective division, in the current LLL 2024 Spring season, in good standing.

The LLL Board All-Star Coach Selection/Evaluation Committee will vote and select the All Star manager for each All Star team based on the application and interview. Candidates will be selected based on their current position, team standings, prior experience as manager/coach, any prior disciplinary actions, ability to effectively manage their respective teams, as well as their capacity to represent Lincoln Little League throughout the tournament.

Assistant Coaches - After player selection, assistant coaches will be selected by the All Star Manager with a maximum of 2 assistant coaches per team. All assistant coaches must be approved by the LLL Board of Directors.

Note: Selected All-Star Managers MUST be available for a MANDATORY District Meeting on June TBD.
