LLL is 100% run by volunteers. We can't operate the league without you. Your kids, league and community are grateful for your support! ALL Managers, Coaches, Practice Coaches, Team Parents and Board Members are required to register and complete a background check and Live Scan (fingerprinting) is now required. In addition, your league 4-Hour Family Volunteer hours are satisfied.

• Click link below, sign into your TeamSideline account to register similar to when you register your player, but you will select yourself. Complete registration steps.
• You will receive a separate email soon from LINCOLN LITTLE LEAGUE - JDP Background Check. This may not happen right away. Our Safety Manager processes registrations as soon as they can. This email will contain a specific link attached to your name and email. Do not share this link. It will take you to the JDP website to complete the Background Check process. This will take approx. 15 minutes and must be completed ASAP.
• This background check must be completed each season (but is good for Spring and Fall season). Zero cost for background check. 

All volunteers must complete Live Scan (fingerprinting)

• As per CA Assembly Bill 506, fingerprinting will also be required: "An administrator, employee, or regular volunteer of a youth service organization shall undergo a background check pursuant to Section 11105.3 of the Penal Code [which includes fingerprinting] to identify and exclude any persons with a history of child abuse."
• Little League International also now requires all leagues and districts in the United States to conduct an annual background check, including a nationwide criminal search and a search of the National Sex Offender Registry. Little League's preferred provider, J.D Palatine, has a Criminal File database that contains more than 600 million records, including criminal and sex offender registry records covering 50 states and the District of Columbia, meeting the current Little League Regulation 1(c) 8 & 9 requirement.
• Live Scan only needs to be done ONCE and is good as many years as the volunteer participates in the league. Again, you do NOT need to do this every year. You will still do a JDP annual background check. 
• Unfortunately we do not have access to Live Scan files done for other organizations (soccer, basketball, school, etc). LLL will need a separate Live Scan done. 
• Norm Henry with Roseville Notary and Live Scan Services is scheduled to perform live scan services at the dates below.
